Zerorez did all they promised. My carpet looks terrific, the tech came in booties and a mask. I paid by cc from an email link. Very sanitary proceedures. Company sent a reminder text and email the day before the scheduled treatment. The tech arrived on time and called before he came. He was very professional and personable. Our only regret was waiting too long before we scheduled an appointment!

I must say I wasn’t anticipating on hearing back from anyone at all when I wrote my first review. Just thought, well what a waste!

She made me understand the company, her personal values, the traffic patterns, the grout and why it’s still stained etc. she even set me up for a re-cleaning of the sunroom at no cost to me.

The company’s values are strong in that one, be wise and promote that. Now that I know these surveys are read- you really need to take care of that one, especially because she’s awesome at handling not-so-awesome-situations and making upset customers almost instantly at ease.

From a 3 to a 10 is hard to do, but it’s easy with customer service like what she provides. Still love this company, she knows that and now you do. Thank you.

My son just bought an older home and the previous owners had two dogs that shed a lot. My son is mildly allergic to dogs and the amount of dog hair left behind was disgusting. After I thoroughly cleaned the house and vacuumed the only carpeted room repeatedly, I could still smell dog. I doubt that the vents were ever cleaned and the carpet was less than two years old, so I decided to try Zerorez. They have been great to deal with. I submitted a request on line and was called back the very next day by Emma. She could not have been nicer. Emma was well informed about services, pricing and scheduling. I was on their schedule in less than two weeks. It would have been sooner, however I was not available. I had both carpet and vent cleaning which is two different service teams. Emma was able to schedule both services for the same day. Both teams were professional, arrived on time (actually the carpet guy was running a bit ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early), and did a good job. Vent guys showed me multiple "before and after" photos, plus Patrick went above and beyond by taking apart and cleaning the dryer lint vent which was also filled with dog hair. Yuck! I think price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend and use them again for my own home.
