The smell of the pre-treater was amazing - a light citrus smell. After the tech left, the carpet was ever so slightly damp. The carpeting looked amazing and the house smelled clean and fresh.

The employees are always upfront and honest with you, and they do an excellent job! Your house always smells fresh too, and not artificially/chemically fresh. I would definitely recommend!
