Seth was excellent, and our 10 y/o white carpets look brand new! Seth called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on-time. He was friendly, courteous, professional, thorough, and very helpful. He was in and out in just over an hour. Let me tell you..our carpets are white and were in really bad shape. Just kidding, they were actually a disaster. Almost beyond salvageable. We have three kids. Enough said. Every bad stain we thought would be an issue is gone. It’s honestly miraculous how beautiful, fresh, and clean our carpets look. We are now Zerorez’s biggest fans, and we’ll absolutely be referring them. Thank you, Seth!

Great people and excellent results

I had carpets cleaned and had scheduled duct cleaning. When the duct guys got here, they advised me that I didn’t really need the service yet (our house is 3 yrs old). I decided to do the dryer vent cleaning and the hospital grade bactericide treatment for now. They were very polite and professional, not pushy. I liked how they coordinated both visits since there were 2 separate crews. Also I was really surprised at how fast they were, I was anticipating a long afternoon, but they were done in maybe 2 hrs. I am happy with the results, will be using them again next spring to complete my duct cleaning.

Honesty and hard working techs

I had an issue with my rug cleaning job, but it was quickly resolved! An untreated area of rug that was hidden by furniture was exposed when the furniture was removed from the room a week later. The area was very dirty and I felt that the job was unfinished, and I expressed my concern through the online survey. I was immediately contacted and a technician was dispatched later that day to finished the job! I greatly appreciate the quick response and the customer care, and the whole area is clean, fresh and looks great! I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my family, friends and coworkers!

The floors and grout are clean. The bamboo floors next to said cleaned tiles are a mess.

I was actually surprised when the manager called me this afternoon on behalf of my survey, I didn’t even know what she was talking about.. I swore I clicked 10. Everything is fine, the cleaning was great and the staff who was in my home was very friendly and knowledgeable in what he was doing. My apologies.

Spoke with Rachael, the 8 I previously gave was for pricing and she let me know we would receive a discount off future services. By no means was the 8 intended for her or the cleaning crew that came out. Everyone has been wonderful, just broke my budget, but the clean looks wonderful.

The vent cleaning process worked great and the Tech was able to show up great before and after photos that made it clear that this was something we really needed to have done.
