They were great, they were able to get most of the stains and spots out. The carpet feels new after the treatment. I was told that the use of resolve did not help in being able to remove some of the stains. They were very professional and used boot covers as well as masks due to coronavirus. They did a great job. It is a little more expensive though about $100-$150 more expensive than Sears but Zerores did a much better job and I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Courteous staff and service
The technician was great and seemed very knowledgeable. His work was effective and he was very neat. It only took about an hour and a half to do my two rooms and two hallways. I would definitely use them again.
