This theater is one of the cleanest theaters I have been to. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean as well as the theaters themselves. The staff are friendly and polite. I just recently used the self-serve popcorn I'm not sure if I like that or not but I guess it saves on time handing me a bucket and having me scoop my own. I do like the fact that alcoholic beverages can be served as well and I just noticed that there's a sign limiting the amount of liquor that a person can drink while at the theater which is a good thing I really wish this theater would incorporate IMAX screens or larger screens that's my only reason for not seeing more movies here

We have been going to Amstar/Santikos in Mooresville NC for years now. The employees are so helpful and friendly! Cathy, Eric and the whole gang are awesome! The concession stand is always clean and inviting!

Clean, friendly staff, good experience overall.
Ease of ordering tickets and food all at once. It's always clean and presentable inside. The ads before a movie is annoying but I understand because of the whole Hollywood climate why it needs to be done now.
The manager that helped us and greeted us was very polite and friendly. We were the first to arrive before the theater opened up. She came to the front door and explained that doors open at 10:30am. She did not make us feel like we were interrupting their morning routine. She made us feel welcomed and respected our time.

I like the friendly staff who always welcome you. The people are organized. Management is involved and listen to our needs, The facility is clean. The staff in the back grill do their best even when it is really busy. Those at the bar are friendly even when there are challenges by the patrons. I feel safe with the Security always in place. Some of the big screen seating need to be redone due to torn seats and bad cup holders. Need more adult sweets.
