I wish they would upgrade to recliner chairs like Grand 14. Much better experience in watching movies in recliner chairs.
So I purchased tickets on-line for a day time showing. Checked in, got snacks for me & my son, then went into the theatre I was directed to go into. There was a movie playing already and I thought it was just previews. We sat and got situated after I had someone move bc they were in the seats I purchased. After 20 minutes of sitting and waiting for the movie I had purchased I thought about going back to the lobby but decided to wait it out bc I felt I disrupted the movie goers enough. After the move was over I went to the front lobby & told the hostess that we sat through the ending of the movie but not the movie I had purchased. She apologized and fixed it right away. She gave me 2 FREE movie passes to use when I want as well as set us up for the actual movie I had purchased online. It was a Tuesday during the FREE movies they do for the kids, So I think thats where the confusion came in. I still would recommend anyone go to this theatre bc they did the RIGHT thing & got the error corrected promptly. ALSO, The Lilo & Stitch movie was hilarious & worth it.

I purchased tickets online for a family movie but for the wrong theater. I walked with my kids into a movie theater showing a scene with dead bodies and realized something was wrong. I went to an usher who quickly caught my mistake and directed me on how to fix it (by talking to guest services for a refund and purchase of the right tickets). I was impressed how he knew just what went wrong and helped me get what we needed so our family movie outing could be saved. We had a great time after that.
Side note, I wish the $7 convenience fee could be refunded as well because that just seems like crap. Thanks.
My family and I love everything about Santikos from the area, to the movie tickets and concessions prices to the arcade and bowling. Don't even get me started on the bottomless popcorn and beverages. The sound system, chairs, etc. This is why I don't mind driving out 45 minutes from where I live to come here. Oh, I also love the rewards program too!
Great theater but it was way too loud and it was freezing in there, we did notice that people brought blankets which we did not know we could.
I didn’t like that people were 30 mins late and loud. There should be a cap on letting people in. It kills the immersion
I like the ease of getting to pick your seats before going into the theater. It allows you to take your time at concessions vs rushing to make sure your party can all find seats together.
Friendly theater
The price for Tuesday is great and on Monday. Not taking cash and only card. Is not no good. You get more busses. One white guy he is new. Bad attitude.
Clean theater with plenty of friendly staff around. Tuesday saver price makes a family outing affordable several times during the summer. Great location.

Clean
This is our favorite theater. It's close to home and never crowded. I love that Santikos gives back to the community and this is another we reason we only choose Santikos. The theater is a little dated and could use a refresh, especially the carpet, but not a deal breaker.
