Very clean, comfortable theater
It feels like home. I grew up going to Santikos Northwest. For a while I thought that it would close down because it was not cared for. As a Santikos cinema, all the other theaters were getting updates or new theaters were being built but Northwest was neglected. Finally, the remodel happened and I was so happy. I've seen some of the biggest blockbusters in that theater since I was a kid (I'm in my 50s now). I love going there. I have fond memories of enjoying movies with family, friends, & lovers and hope to create many more. Please never give up on this little gem!
The recliner seats!
I like that you can get your own popcorn during the movie, it's clean and the reclining chairs are a perk.

It's very comfortable. The seats provide a lot of room and the spacing is just about right.
VERY comfy seat, great layout where no one blocks your view if they get up during the movie and very nice staff
Friendly staff and clean theaters
The seats were comfortable. The soft drink was crisp and full of bubbles. The popcorn was nice and salty. Nobody was on their phones during the movie.
It's easy to buy tickets and it's more comfortable than evos seats.

Small theater with recliners
The theater is exceptional. My complaint is i ordered tickets online for the 1st time to save time and after checking out realized you charged me with a $8.70 "convenience fee". WHAT MAKES IT CONVENIENT??

I go every week on Tuesday because of the special pricing, convenient location, and rewards membership perks. The seats are especially comfortable, spaced appropriately, and it's always nice and cool inside. Picture and sound have been great - really, never any issues, just a great experience!
I ordered online to make sure we had seats and got charged a booking fee which doesn’t make sense since it’s more convenient for you if I book online. And I didn’t even see anywhere where it says booking fee for online. That was the only negative thing about our experience though

The Mooresville theater is great! Comfortable, spacious, great audio and video.
Couple small things:
1. I wish they would steam clean their carpets in the main area, they always look dirty (or replace, they are super dated).
2. I REALLY wish there was a bathroom closer to the theaters. I am sure there isn't space for that but it would be nice.
Carpets seem like an easy fix. I think updating the carpets with a dark neutral tone would make the paint scheme look less cheesy and cheap.
