Need to fix seats in theaters
I go very often to both Grand 14 and Grand 16. I am very satisfied each and every time I go to both places; I would gladly recommend Grand 14 and Grand 16 to anyone looking to see a movie and have a great experience while doing so.

I don't like that we have to use a debit or credit card to pay. I love to use cash because there is zero chance that my information might get stolen. If my credit history winds up compromised by your establishment, you will have to pay by legal means. Other than this, I love santikos.
The theater was clean. The seats were comfy. The movie needed a giant screen to make it more enjoyable. People were respectful. No loud talking.

Halfway through our movie there was a power outage because of a storm that caused our projector to stop working. They were able to fix the issue and set the movie back to where we left off in a matter of minutes! I was very impressed with how they handled the issue.
Guy at snack counter went all over to find the cup lid I really wanted.
The theatre appeared clean, the counter attendants were friendly and this time the popcorn was fresh. To me, the popcorn is a big deal.

it's the closest Santikos location to my home, and it has the latest movies, great time selections, and a good selection of food items. I visited the bar recently and enjoyed the atmosphere.
