Best movie theater in the city!
We love going to Amstar in Oxford Alabama. It's never crowded, always a wonderful experience. The pricing for the popcorn and drinks are kinda excessive but we just wait until after we leave to eat or drink. However on May 26th we went to see the Stitch movie. Reserved tickets online. We were made to wait 25 minutes for the theater to be cleaned prior to our entry. This is perfectly fine, however after waiting the 25 minutes, we entered the theater to find popcorn and chips and candy all in our seats and cup holders and all across the floor. Didn't appear that anyone had cleaned anything despite us being made to wait for cleaning. We don't mind waiting for cleaning as long as the cleaning is actually being done.

I like the seating and setup of Santikos theaters. The staff is courteous and the restrooms and kept fairly clean. My only complaint is the the theater itself was a bit too warm given that its Summer now.
It's my favorite theater to go to. And the movies are at a good price. And they attend us very well.
Costumer service was excellent! Thank you! Only one comment, our movie had to be restarted, and our group of teenagers was getting a little frustrated with the wait but they had a great time and the staff was very patient and helpful.
