The entire experience was smooth from start to finish—getting tickets was quick, easy, and completely hassle-free, which made everything feel convenient right away. The seating was just as impressive: incredibly comfortable, spacious, and perfect for settling in and actually enjoying the movie without constantly shifting around. It really made a difference in the overall experience and made the visit that much more enjoyable.
We love the Embassy 14 theater. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Military Mondays are our favorite!! Thank you for doing that.

Great staff, Absolutely delicious food (and quick), auditoriums are very comfy (plus recliners) and appreciate the moveable "tables" to eat/drink, plus love seeing movies there.

I always bring friends and family to our local AmStar movie theater! It is always so comfortable and inviting. In the last 4 years, I have yet to have a bad experience here.

Easy online purchasing. Great rewards program. Good food options and tasty food. The only thing was the tomato on the hamburger was not crisp and the onions looked old. The rest of the food was good. The staff was great and kind and welcoming

I liked getting my food delivered to my seat. The sound was great and the seats were not torn at the Silverado location. However, I have experienced torn seats and malfunctioning recliners at OTHER Santiko locations. Silverado has friendly staff and clean all around.

I love the way Santino’s has upgraded the theater. I would love to see a cheaper early bird screen time $5.00 deal days. Maybe this would draw more clients as everything has sky rocketed.
