Bathrooms close to theatre, comfortable seat
Will definitely have to do again. Such a good experience. 10/10
Great experience! Great movie!... The kids really enjoyed themselves!
love it
My experience at Santikos is so fantastic. I love to go watch the movies with my family and I love to be treated like a family member at the bar. Jose, Sherry, Carly always addressed me by my last name and they always have a smile on their face it makes me feel fantastic when I go and spend money with them them.
The comfort of the seats, the smaller size of theater feels more "home-like" and the memorabilia at the theater is fun to see.
I enjoy going into the theater and it super clean,as well as the bathrooms. Customer service has been great. Friendly customer service.
It’s clean great staff and variety of food and drinks
Theater is close by and was showing the movie we wanted to watch.
I think Santikos helps San Antonio in many ways instead of contrasting on company profits.
Concessions overpriced
Felt safe and the theater gave home vibes. Loved it!
Clean and organized place with helpful and pleasant staff
The employees are nice and helpful. The theater was nice and clean.
Fairly new to the area and this is our go-to theatre!
We always have a great time at the theater. The employees are friendly, courteous, and seem truly happy to be working there.
A recent movie, the digger… was a real stinker.
Love santikos, love the galaxy. Perfect movie experience. Friendly service, comfortable chairs, great food. While I'll admit it's a little on the pricy end, the experience is well worth the price and the movie lovers program helps out a lot there.
If I had any minor nitpicks, most would be with the app. It's slow to pick options (especially to change theaters), the movie lovers program section is hard to find, and I would make it easier to find different movies playing at different theaters and different times without having to change your location (because I and I assume many others would not mind at all driving to a different location if it means watching a movie that's not available at a closer one).
Those are all minor nitpicks though, and the app is serviceable as is. Even with all that said, I'm very grateful to Santikos for all you do for the customer. I don't think I would be much of a movie guy without you!
Friendly staff and clean restrooms
Everything!!
The seats were really comfy, the staff was friendly, and the movie was fantastic!
Love the big seats! They recline and the cupholders are nice. The drinks have free refills.
Hope there will be more showings of Pan's Labyrinth and LOTR!
I like the location to my house
Great place to watch a movie. Love the seats!
Everything was great but popcorn is way too salty.
The employees are always very welcoming and provide good guest service.
Theater is nice and seats are comfortable and staff are friendly. The food served is actually very tasty for a movie theater
Affordable with a great theater experience. Nice comfy chairs for a price I can get behind. Also the location is great because you ample parking options and dinner spots for after.
Great atmosphere. Good snacks and friendly staff. Comfy staff
It was a comfortable experience
