My carpets are clean, clean, clean! A large stain that another service could not remove was removed by ZeroRez. The technician was thorough, professional and he was not pushy! I will use the service again!

I faithfully get my family room carpet cleaned every year as I host holidays and my fairly new (within the last 5 years) has always come perfectly clean. Nothing other than a beer, thanks to my daughter-in-law, has been spilled and yet it did not come clean. What, that should have come right up! I do like the fact that it feels soft and not hard and crunchy, but I hate to give up on getting a clean carpet for it. I may head right back to Stanley Steamer.
I was told the carpet would be dry in 4 to 6 hours but mine took more like 12 and some places 24 hours. I even used fans on it.

I like that Zero Rez made the entire process of cleaning 31 carpets very pain free for IHM (Immaculate Heart of Mary). They showed up on time and on schedule, every time. Their teams worked together and efficiently through this very large project. They were professional and friendly. They removed/moved items around as needed to insure a thorough cleaning of the carpet and still completed the project in the 2 days they had projected.
I would recommend Zero Rez for any of your floor/carpet cleaning needs.

Technician was terrific and worked so hard to rectify pet odor in carpet. I wanted to try your company's method because of less chemicals/fumes, etc. in your cleaning process. This was the second time for this problem. Didn't take care of everything but it was better than the first go around. I am not spending more money for a third treatment as I don't think it will help. For straight carpet cleaning I think the service is fine though.
James Frantz did a wonderful job on our carpets, got spots out, added a drying fan that helped the drying time, was friendly and explained what he was going to do. When we have our carpets cleaned again we would like James do them again.
This is the only carpet cleaning company that does not leave a smelly residue after cleaning. The technicians are very courteous and really listens to our concerns.

My technician was outstanding.
Very good worker and timely.
Everything was done just fine except for the stairs to the basement. They were cleaned on Friday and they were so wet we had to put 3 fans blowing all day on the stairs plus all day I took 2 beach towels, and soaked up the moisture.
It was an absolute waste of my time and energy. And after we finally got the carpet somewhat dry (we were having friends over that’s saturday night) the cleaning didn’t accomplish the goal. The stairs are still sticky. The contractor who worked on our basement recently used that plastic protectant on the carpet (which has a sticky backing).
We either would like our money back or you need to come back and do a proper job.
Your representive was very dedicated and worked very hard. He could of used help as it took him a very long time.
We do still have one very serious stain in the family room.

Both techs on site did a great job. They were efficient on their work. They explained everything very well, and they were able to upsale me on some additional areas and add lines. As a business owner of both a retail store and a service company, I was very impressed with both techs and will definitely recommend and utilize Zerorez in the future. Great job!
Make sure technician has all supplies. There was just enough styrofoam risers for him to keep furniture off wet carpet.
