24 hours after our treatment, we blotted up a mess and used the spot remover. The amount of excess brown residue that came up on the towel was surprising, since we just had the carpets cleaned. We have yet to wear our shoes on the carpets too, so this was shocking.
Zerorez was a very easy to work with. They have been out to clean our carpets before and we were very satisfied. This time, though, they came out due to a pipe fitting that busted during a remodel project which left a very large stain on our finished basement carpet. They came out to assess the damage and did a test spot for me to look at before they continued. I was amazed! They continued and clean the rest of my carpet and made it look clean and bright. Thomas was very good to inform me of each step of the process and was very professional from beginning to end.

The gentleman that serviced our carpet did a great job. He was polite and professional and respectful of my family.
We will be using your service again and with a puppy that likes to pee at will, it may be sooner than later.

Both the chair and the couch came out looking much cleaner. I liked that the furniture was only slightly damp and was dry by evening. The service man had me check the chair after he cleaned it to see if I was satisfied. He pulled the couch out from the wall and cleaned the back as well. Everything was put back in place.
The service person was professional and pleasant. I like the product and the service and will use Zerorez in the future.

Erik cleaned our carpet quickly and to our satisfaction! I would call Zerorez again and ask for Erik to clean our carpets. He is a keeper!
We have a carpet that had dog urine stains on it. You cleaned the carpet and all the stains came back within a very few weeks of treatment. You came back, grudgingly, again and cleaned the carpet for no charge. We are not walking on those areas, and the stains are re-emerging again. You claim that if we pay $75 for each spot, and you do your super duper treatment for pet stains, it will all be clean. First, we don't have that much money, and second, your ad for which we contacted you in the first place said pet stains would not return, with the original price being the only one posted and no mention of special treatment needed for $75 each. We are seniors on fixed income. When you are too, you will understand how difficult it was for us to pay you the original amount, and how impossible it is for us to pay more.

Quick, efficient, clean
on your commercials they say u get out stains and make your carpets like new and the treatment just didn’t do the job

I just had my walls painted and after he left there were scuff marks all over my walls. I had to have them painted again as I am selling my house. So disappointed in the extra expense.

Cleanest carpet we’ve ever had from a cleaning company! Thomas was friendly, up front with final quote, and did a pre/post walk through to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be using again!
The guy was very nice and very thorough. He was able to address and remove an old stain. There is one thing, I was told I would receive my receipt via email but it has been a couple of days and I have not received it.
Had some brown streaks on carpet
Really enjoyed how quick the whole cleaning process went. Plus it was clean smelling without even doing the deodorizer. No crunchy residue either! Very impressed
