I like that every aspect of the process is explained and that every room is inspected to be thoroughly complete before moving on to the next area.

Zero Rez only did the traffic pattern in each room. Other places move the furniture (sofas, tables, etc), clean the carpet below them and then place the furniture on foam blocks. Zero Rez is kind of expensive for only cleaning the traffic pattern. Wish I would have known this in advance.
seemed to get out all the spots.liked that they vacuumed the carpet before cleaning.
Very easy to schedule with their friendly and knowledgeable service techs. They have always arrived within the specified time window. Carpets look better and house is fresher after the carpet service. I highly recommend Zerorez.

The technicians are always so nice and professional. The carpets always look amazing! I love that no harsh chemicals are used. I don't have to worry about a smell, greasy, or crunchy feeling. I can feel safe knowing my baby and pets can crawl on the carpet safely!

Very serious about the merits of their powered water system that eliminates that chemical residue smell. Tile and grout cleaning produced superior results.
