Tevin did a great job on our service this week. He arrived during the scheduled timeframe and was very detailed in his work. He cleaned our family room and hallway carpet quickly and efficiently and then completed the cleaning on our couch. Your service made a 12 year old couch look like new!
House feels really clean.Worker explain the process and extra stuff if have pet problems. It was fast and dried fast compared to all others I have used. Going to get bedrooms done soon.

The technition was great,and the process is great. but. The results were disappointing. The spots that showed dirt? Didn’t come clean like I expected. It took a pretty long time to dry as well. But the biggest disappointment is that in less than a week after it was cleaned, it pretty much looks the same as it did. The dirty spots are still there.

A friend years ago told me about you guys and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Brandon was wonderful! The only think I wish I would have known (when I made my appojntment), that there was going to be a ‘water and disposal fee’. I figured anything like that would have already been included. I didn’t know about it until I looked at my emailed receipt after Brandon had even left. I figure that would have been included in the pricing.
When I called to make the appointment the day was open and I asked for late morning or early afternoon. After receiving an email that the appointment was set for 1 to 3 PM, we went to the house waiting... When I called about 3 PM they said he should be calling soon. He did call and was a half hour out. When I talked to the Tech he said he was told 3 to 6. I called the office to complain about my disappointment they did apologize and said the original Tech had a big sale and they had to get another Tech. They did apologize for no one calling me and said they all thought each other called and offered a 10% discount, but only for the services I originally ordered. Here is the thing, we moved into a new house and had the carpets cleaned before we moved in and we had the carpets cleaned in the house we moved out of. So needless to say I called another company to clean the other house and they gave me a specific time of 10:15. I did receive a text the night before that they had a slight scheduling conflict and would like to change the time to 10:45 to 11:00 and if that did not work for me they would change it back. I greatly appreciated the heads up and they arrived promptly at 11:00 with a text that they were on their way. If this were you which company would you rate better? I am also in the service industry and communication to your customer is KEY!!! The customer is your sole reason for having a job and without them, what do you have?
