Speedy response. Ease of scheduling appointment. Knowledge of technician. Attitude of technician- polite, courteous, sense of humor, knowledge, didn't feel rushed at all even though I had tons of questions... I haven't seen the finished product (my rugs were taken in to clean and the sofa will be cleaned later) so I'll report on the actual service later! I think it will be as wonderful as the customer service has been so far.

I loved the service given and the cleaning. But I expected the furniture moved.
I removed all of the little pieces. Dressers to be moved out and cleaned under
and a few other pieces. Since he was all alone it would have been possible but
much easier with 2. For the amount of money I spent this should have been included.
I have used Stanley Steamer many times I thought your cleaning system was much better
but they move out and clean in and behind furniture.

I shared with the tech that I got this cleaning scheduled as our dog had vomited in a couple places over the weekend. We were not home and our neighbor taking care of our pets did not get much of what was liquid out of the carpet. The smell was terrible, almost intolerable.
I don’t know if the treatment to those areas was not done well or well enough, but I paid for extra treatment elements. It smelled ok at first, but within the hour after, the terrible smell was still present. I actually called the tech, but his voicemail was full.
So after $250, I still had the same issue that I had before. My husband was almost ready to rip up the carpet and throw it out.
I have a Bissel carpet shampooer and hit the areas again today along with another animal enzyme deodorizer @ $35 a jug, which I had to use two.
I was shocked at how brown the water was that I emptied from my shampooer from those two spots.
I’m just disappointed. I have used zerorez before and was happy. I know pet spots aren’t guaranteed to come out completely, but what remained that I was able to extract with my Bissel is unacceptable. Your equipment should have done a better job, especially with the extra treatments I paid for.
