My rug slept fantastically clean dried quickly. And the gentleman that did was polite very nice and thorough. Blessings to a company that I plan on staying with. I recommend it company to anyone very very very. And I have a dog and a cat so it’s nice to know I have a go to place to maintain my home. Thanks again blessings.
This was by far the best carpet cleaning that I have had done! You were able to get out old stains that other companies were unable to do. That is amazing! Your technician, I think his name was Zac, was on time, explained everything to me in detail before and after the cleaning. Outstanding job. I will use your services again and would highly recommend your company to others. Actually, I already have. Keep up the great work.

It looks like we got new carpets! We went from stained, smelly carpets to clean, odorless, soft carpets in just a couple of hours. Pricing is for and explained well before the service takes place. But even better than the wonderful cleaning was the exceptional customer service. Erik was kind, professional, honest, and took the time to explain what would be best for our house. I was very pleased with the whole process. Both individuals that I dealt with, were so friendly & helpful. The receptionist taking my call & scheduling my appointment & the cleaning technician that called when he was on his way. He took extra time to listen to my concerns regarding cleaning my carpet & the grout in our tile floor. And I feel he took the time to make sure I was completely happy with his job. I’ve had previous companies, that I feel rushed through the job, just to get on to the next appointment. I will be referring your company to anyone I talk to. GREAT job all around !!!!

Both technicians have been very professional. They explained what they were going to do and advised me on how to maintain the carpet. I love that the carpet is so clean and there are no residual chemicals in my carpet.

The tech Zach was very nice and professional, explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions before he started. I let him do what he needed and he asked me some questions about the carpet and after that he gave me a quote. I asked what the next step was and he said he would be able to take care of me right then. I said yes of course!! The spots are gone out of my carpet!! He cleaned up

I do have a beef with the way the cleaning prices were given (not given, really) when I made my appointment. I feel I was lead down a path with out really knowing how much it would cost to clean my cats urine spots. But, the gentlemen that did the work were great!

I called and the next morning they were here to clean my bedroom carpet.
I saw very little difference, particularly in the den. The carpets are all white burber and are approx. 20 years old, so they’ve seen a lot of wear; but I was still hoping for a better result. Maybe it’s not possible.
The young man who cleaned them was very nice and friendly.
