I was amazed at how well the carpets cleaned up considering we have two teen-aged boys and a dog.
Technician called and asked if he could arrive early. YES!! When he arrived, he was very friendly and very thorough in explaining what he would be doing. After completion, he did a walk through and said there was a stain that he tried very hard but was sorry he couldn't completely remove it. (I see no stain...lol). He advised us on what we should do for our next cleaning to continue the protection on our 1 year old carpet and also advised on how to continue care of our fairly new tile floors. When he left, we didn't want to walk on our freshly cleaned carpets because they looked so beautiful! :) Thank you very much! We will definitely have you clean our carpets again!

The technician arrived almost two hours outside the 2 hour window I was given WITHOUT giving me a call. I work for a living too and had to take time off work to meet the technicians that didn’t arrive. There was no indication that I would get compensated for my time wasted.

Your representative was excellent! BUT, when I called to get the appointment, at no time was I told I had to pay a $14.00 fee to remove the water! I was not happy when he told me, but I did let him clean the floors. However, I almost didn't because of this add-on price!!! I should have been told before he came all the way out to my home... he did try to contact someone about this while he was here, but he got no response to the issue. Bad business practice... but he was great and the ONLY reason I let the floors be cleaned by you!
