It’s quick and my carpets look great afterwards.
You didn't do a bad job and the technician was very nice and explained things very well. He even said that all the stains on the tile would not come out. I think overall maybe my expectations were too high. I had heard advertisements about how this was such a great process, and in the end, I'm not sure it was any better than any other company I have used. Here are the areas where I was disappointed- 1. the instructions said we had to vacuum the carpet thoroughly, which I did - but I don't know why. If i'm paying to have the carpet cleaned, why do I need to vacuum just before you get here? 2. One thing I had heard was that the drying time should be less than with other processes - but it wasn't - my stairs were still damp 10 hours later. 3) the tile didn't clean up as well as I had hoped. The technician warned me of that, and actually most of it cleaned fairly well - except the grout around the bottom. I'm thinking that is because the tool can't get to that area very well, but it seems if they did that area by hand, it would clean better - that's what I'm going to have to do. so all in all, it was ok, just didn't 'wow' me. I'm not saying I wouldn't use you again, but I'm not absolutely sure if I would.

Random did a great job! Carpets look great!! It did take about 15+hours for it to dry so that we could move furniture back. I don't mind the wait for clean carpets though!

I never received the quote to clean the carpets.
The technician was so nice and informative. He was able to get all of the spots out of our living room. In addition, the living room was nearly dry by the time he left. The rest of the house was dry within a few hours. I am so happy we decided to go with Zerorez to clean the carpets in our whole house. It looks great!

Take more time before the service to talk to me about carpet stains & your inability to get all of them. Take the strong floral odor out of your product (not sure if it was cleaner or protectant.)
