My understanding was that the carpet and upholstery cleaning process used less water allowing faster drying times. My stairway and couch were wet for two days following the process. Not what I expected based on the advertising.

This was the first time we have ever had our carpeting cleaned without the use of soap or a cleaning agent. The result is so much better and it looks cleaner and dried faster. The technician Chris that came to our home explained the process and was very personable. He took extra care and did not leave any mess or evidence that carpet cleaning equipment had even been in our rooms. Friends had recommended your company to us and we will do the same.

3 room special was a good price but the stair cleaning prices were high.

Like the fact that no chemicals are used on the carpet and that the tech used shoe protectors when coming inside the house. Also liked the explanation of how the process works. Thought the tech, Thomas Bunnell, did a very good job. Would use Zerorez again to clean my carpets.
