Very pleased with Zerorez. They were polite, efficient and affordable. We would definitely use Zerorez again.

The grout in the shower wasn’t cleaned very well and the new grout that was used in the laundry room looks like a bright white and the existing grout is a grey. I expected the price to be more and was willing to pay more to get the shower clean. So I probably got what I paid for. The prior company we used for same work charged $400 (which I’m fine with but he has since retired).

Adonis did a most wonderful job on the carpet and an even more outstanding job with face to face explanations.

I am happy with the product and services. The only comment I can say is the reservation time. It was given as 2-4pm but the provider arrived at close to 4pm which delayed my next appointment. Besides that i may definitely use Zerorez again.

This was the second attempt to clean my basement carpet. I must say that the second time through was very different from the first time. Several pieces of equipment were used that didn't leave the truck on the first visit (fan, brushes, spot treatment, corner guards, & footies). The approach to cleaning the carpet was much more methodical rather than somewhat random. Attention was paid to the specific areas that I was concerned about (blue spot and baseboards). While the blue spot didn't come out completely, it was definitely lighter and I could see that an effort was made to eliminate the spot. The carpet along the baseboard of one wall (it was not an issue anywhere else from that one wall segment), was far better than the first time. The overall result was an obvious improvement over the first trip. You could see the difference quite clearly with only a couple weeks since the last visit.

Your technician was also outstanding. He understood how the cleaning process was supposed to work and got the maximum from it. He left me a bottle of spot removal that has also worked great! Thanks so much for offering to do the work again. It has changed my mind about using Zerorez in the future.

Your carpet cleaning service is great, it dried within 3 hours after application and your tile cleaning was dry within minutes of being applied! Clifton came to our house and was professional and friendly. He got everything cleaned that we needed and he made sure to protect all the surfaces he walked on or had equipment on or near. We have used Zerorez 3 times now and will be using them for all of our professional cleaning service needs! We also have told all of our friends looking fir cleaning to look into Zerorez as well, sonwe aren't just likely to recommend you, we already have and will continue to do so! Thanks again!

We had all of our carpets cleaned and I am very happy with how they turned out! All the stains that I pointed out to the tech were taken care of. He was unable to clean my grout due to a sealant that was on the tile but he offered to make up for it by cleaning my ottoman that had stains on it.

I have a pet who has a lot of allergies and other carpet cleaning companies that I had used, their products irritated his skin. Your products have not irritated his skin at all, Thanks for using a more natural product.

Matt and Chris were terrific. They cleaned my carpets better than any prior Zerorez employee. They showed me all of the steps (which had never been done) and asked me to inspect (which had never been done. The carpets looked better than they ever have. I will always request them in the future.

At the end of the job, the carpets looked like they were cleaned with dirty water. They didn't look clean and the spots did not come clean. They were very dingy.

My bedroom has white carpet and there are streaks in the carpet where it isn't clean. I am not happy with the job done at my home.

We have used other company’s. Thought we would try you guys. Carpets looked better but you did not get as clean as others in past. Our carpets are old and we are not expecting a miracle. The stairs didn’t look much different. We have a rug in family room. It is easy to see you didn’t get much of the dirt out. Other companies have done a better job.

Use your supplies, including the water, and you take away the dirty water to dispose. And the carpet is clean.

Tried the tile and Grout cleaning. It did not appear that your technology is that applicable to that type of cleaning. We did it again by hand to get to the final clean wer wrer expecting.
