The carpeting where there were pet urine stains are completely gone. The product that was applied did not make the house smell of chemicals. Clifton was very pleasant, professional and informative. He made no promises and did not try to over sell services or products.

There was a 2+ hour delay in when the service was supposed to start, was scheduled between 12-2 pm and arrived at 4 pm. There was a vehicle malfunction, but there were not any updates from the office/company to relay this delay. I had to keep calling and checking in. I was told we would be given a 30 minute heads up to when the technician would be at my house, I ultimately had to come back home from picking a child up from daycare because only 15 minute notice was given.

When the technician came to my house, he was very personable but did not spend much time at all explaining how your process of carpet cleaning works. We were on a time crunch given the delay in start time and a commitment we had in the evening. We wanted to add on additional rooms, but this was not able to be completed due to the time. The technician at the end, described challenges he had with stains on our carpets and did try an additional chemical, without luck/improvement. He thoroughly explained all of this which was helpful. The cost of our service was decreased. There was a lot of debris and mess left in the foyer and up the stairs from the hose. This was not cleaned up or addressed. Overall I am disappointed in my service, especially after reading such positive reviews online.

The gentleman, Eric, arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and extremely personable. He was here one hour. The carpets look and smell great. We have already recommended Zerorez to many of our friends.

You ruined my carpet by spreading stains everywhere then refused me a refund so I could pay someone else to fix your damage. I may sue you for my carpet replacement if it cannot be fixed; it's just that bad.

The technician was very polite and took his time to do a good job. He also went out of his way to make sure the chairs etc were moved and carpets cleaned. Placed all small furniture on pads to allow proper drying.
