No scent.
Tech was careful of new paint job throughout home and was very knowledgeable.
1. The gentleman that cleaned the carpet was very polite and friendly, but I had some coats that were hanging on a pole that were close to the carpet. He did not clean under there because of the coats hanging. I wish he would have told me that so I could have taken the coats off the rack and the entire carpet could have been cleaned. He did clean an area and then move a love seat for me so that area could be cleaned, which I really appreciated.
2. My living room carpet has stayed damp for several days, which is usually the carpet that dries the fastest.
3. I was surprised the individual that scheduled my carpet cleaning didn't mention the extra charge for the pet areas. I told her we had an inside dog which was one reason we were having the carpet cleaned. Once he got to the house he said the normal procedure would pull up that urine and my house would smell if I didn't do the pet cleaning step. I obviously wanted it clean, but my bill ended up twice as much as I was quoted. Also, there are still some urine spots that were not able to be removed.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough...all at a reasonable price.

Very professional, punctual, keep you informed about every step of the process, make recommendations based on what's best for you not what will make them the most money.
I particularly like the fact that it is not filled with chemicals, as I have a cat who used to throw up on the carpet while it was still wet when I used Stanley Steamer. That doesn't happen now.
Also, I am very appreciative of Eric's efforts to get rid of all the spots -- I always request him because in my opinion he does the best job, Thanks Eric.
They were almost 20 minutes beyond the end of arrival time. Arrival time was supposed to be 8-8:30am but they didn’t arrive til 8:49am. We had all 5 kids (all under 6 yrs old) waiting in a van to leave for a family trip for 30 minutes. Had to wait til they arrived to leave. So we were behind schedule with 10 month old triplets getting fussier and fussier. Very stressful and inconvenient. They called at about 8:20 to say they’d be here at 8:35. Which was a wrong estimate too. Carpet cleaning was awesome. But the late arrival was very frustrating.
Love everything about this. Can’t wait to get hardwoods completed soon

No heavy soaps in the carpet
Brandon showed up on time and was very nice. However, I don’t believe your product worked. After my carpet was dry, it didn’t look any different. The dirty areas were still dirty. I took a bottle of Spot Shot and sprayed some areas. Using an old white T-shirt, I was shocked at how much dirt came off the carpet considering it had just been cleaned.
I do not have recommendations. I was happy with the service.
They were on time and that's important to me! My only problem the service truck had a antifreeze leak and it left a large stained in my driveway. Will I be reimbursed for the clean-up of the stained? Other than that was please with the service.
I have to admit this time the carpets got cleaned was NOT as good as last time. For some reason, by Wednesday the carpet looked dirty again. When we used your service in February they seemed to have stayed clean for a very long time, like a few months. Anyway, I'd use you again if we don't get hardwood floors prior to needing a cleaning, just hope next time they stay clean longer than 2 days.
First time user but did great job getting carpet clean not to wet after, and Zak was very nice guy
I can't say enough about the gentleman that has come out to our home to clean our house. We have had the same person twice now. The first time we were moving into our home and wanted the carpets cleaned because the previous owners had a cat and 3 of the 5 members of our family are allergic to cats. The cleaning was amazing and none of use had any allergic trouble. The second time we had gotten a new puppy who did a number on our carpets. The technician not only did a fantastic job on our carpets but also had many helpful hints for spot cleaning our carpet. I have already highly recommended this company and will continue to do so.
It was quick and efficient. The technician was here when they said they would be and our carpet looks like new again.

Waiting to see if what your technicians did solve my problem with the smell of a dog. Won't know until our new carpet and pad are installed in the rest of the house.
