They are very efficient. Everything is reviewed prior to service. Prices are great..very reasonable. Carpets dry quickly ..feel soft! No residue..We have pets and you would never know once they are finished. We highly recommend!
Carpet smell stink after cleaning. Not sure what was the smell but wasn’t expect that.
After almost $700.00 of treatment I can still smell the urine in the heavy areas.
I appreciate all of Tevin's hard work but its a little disappointing.

I had my bedroom carpets cleaned, after a renter moved out. I was not completely satisfied with the end result. There were many stains left on the carpet in each room. I used the spot remover and easily got a few spot out of the carpet. I did take before and after pictures of the areas I cleaned with the spot remover. I called Zerorez and asked for a redo or a refund. We had to wait over a week for the second attempt at cleaning the carpet. The young man that did the second cleaning was careful to listen to my reason for the redo on the service. He did his best to work on the areas that still had spots and stains. Very pleasant young man, I do not remember his name (sorry)
The carpets look a little better but still not recovered. I accept that my carpets will not look like new!
I am happy with how soft the carpet feels when I walk barefoot!
My low score is because I was not happy with the amount of stains still in the carpet and easily removed by me with the stain remover. Also, the wait period for the redo. I would have liked for the second attempt to be done as soon as possible. My house has been in disarray for weeks! We would not put furniture back until the carpet was cleaned (again) and dried.
I am also a service provider and have recommended Zerorez to my clients. I am not sure if I will recommend Zerorez if my client has a heavy stained carpet issue.

Carpet did not get clean. The tech stayed and finally got it looking better. When I originally called the office to express dissatisfaction with the job, Ray was rude and not very customer service oriented! He insinuated that I was just trying to get out of paying when I just wanted the carpet to look better than when we started! The tech did what he could to make it right, however, Ray is a jerk!
I love Zerorez and always know that I am getting my money’s worth. Shane did a great job showing me everything he was doing to make sure my carpet was getting treated or pet stains and sanitized. Thanks Zerorez!
