Had to have a do over on my carpet because the carpet was still dirty. Tech wasn't very happy about the re do and had attitude but I can appreciate that someone who is attacking your work as being less than.

Zach did a fine job. Our 25 year old carpet looks better than I thought it could. The carpet feels cleaner and looks cleaner than it ever has after Stanley Steamer. There was no furniture or woodwork damage. I’ll definitely be calling for the rest of the House.

Not only do my carpets look, feel and smell clean, but stains I’ve tried to get out just disappear. And the technicians are always so nice and provide excellent customer service!

The technician was very prompt and was very nice. He was in and out in the allotted time frame suggested. We had a few spots return after the carpet dried and I called to have Zerorez come back out within the 30 days to touch those spots up and the appointment was set up seamlessly. My carpets look amazing!! I am so surprised how clean they came! The guy was very nice and professional! My favorite thing is he did not try to upsell us! He was very careful of how he treated our home!! My carpets dried fast! I will never use another company!

I am happy that I am compensated for the job but as a long time customer, I'm disappointed that I even had to try and resolved a poor job done. We'll see what happens next time.

My stains both old and new look gone when the carpet was still wet after cleaning but after it dried they mostly all came back. I never had stains not come clean before. Since I am new to this house I don't know if it is the carpet or the cleaning process. But at this time I have decided to replace the carpet as cleaning didn't work.

I am a long time user of Zerorez. Their carpet cleaning is the best and the employees who come to my home are always wonderful to deal with.
