I was very please the carpet cleaning. Brandon did a great job! He was very pleasant, courteous young man. The carpet was barely damp which I liked because I could get things back together after just a few hours.
Jim did a great job. The technician who was supposed to clean my carpet called off work. Jim stepped up and took my cleaning job even though it made his day late. I really appreciated his professionalism and my carpet looked great!

Our carpets and tile look amazing!! The technician was so kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me solve a problem with a transition piece between floors! My carpets haven’t looked this good since we moved in and you did our first clean! I wouldn’t choose anyone else to clean our carpets!

We had a very pleasant experience with Zerorez. Our technician, Thomas Bunnell, was polite, efficient and took great care with our furnishings. Even played with our dog! We'll certainly use Zerorez again and request Mr. Bunnell. Thanks, Liz Howard
I had three carpeted rooms cleaned by Zerorez yesterday and they look GREAT; however, I thought I had originally scheduled to have four carpeted rooms cleaned (and I frantically moved the extra furniture, etc. from all four rooms prior to our cleaning on Tuesday). After the work was "complete" and the Zerorez man had left, I realized that the fourth room hadn't been cleaned--he and I had never even talked about it that day.
I called Zerorez within two hours and let them know I either couldn't count or had mis-communicated the number of rooms I needed cleaned when I made the original appointment, and I asked what it would cost to have someone do the fourth room. I was informed that the minimum charge for any job is $132--so I would be paying $132 for the fourth room when I'd only paid $199 for the other three rooms combined. This seems like a bit of a rip-off to me, especially when it is not clear whether I originally asked for only three rooms to be cleaned or whether the Zerorez person who took the call made a mistake in scheduling us for only three rooms. I feel a more appropriate response would have been to waive the minimum requirement and charge me a more reasonable price to clean the (very small) fourth room.

You did a really good job and the carpet felt and looked great. I was especially impressed with how the stairs looked afterwards. There was a really fresh smell through out the house for the next few days that was a light orange scent. The only reason it's a 9 and not a 10 is because you are more expensive than your competitors and I was hoping the dark line along baseboards would come out more. The associate tried really hard to get all the stains out and was extremely courteous. I would give him a 10.
