Our carpets were cleaned yesterday. I was so excited to come home from work to see our clean carpets and was immediately disappointed with what I saw. I saw several spots In each of the areas cleaned. I understand that some pots/stains may not come out but I got down on my hands and knees and was able to scrub some of these noticeable spots away. I did not try this on all of them as I was very upset and felt that I should not have to be cleaning my carpets after shelling out $400 to a professional carpet cleaning service. I would expect my carpets to look amazing after paying you $400 but that was not the case. I also looked next to the baseboards in the rooms and was not happy to see dirt and dust on the carpets by the baseboards. If the carpets were vacuumed with your professional equipment, I would expect there to be no dust/dirt. Furthermore, I left a message last night about my concerns and left both my number and my husbands number. My call was never returned today. My husband called again today and left a message as well. No soapy residue to collect more dirt. But, I just got your services for the first time, so time will tell if that is true. Service was great, our tech was knowledgeable on the services and product.

The carpet is soft afterwards it’s almost dry by the time the technician leaves. It also has a clean non chemical smell to it.

From the first phone call to inquire about service to the completed job, everything went very smoothly. The service tech was great and we are very happy with the results.
It looked great right after the cleaning but by the time it dried all the spots were still there. I know there were some we discussed might be hard to get out, but others that shouldn't have been an issue were still there upon drying. Overall, it felt good, no stickiness, but doesn't really look like it's been cleaned. I was also charged for rooms that he deemed oversized that when I called later and asked what was actually the oversize dimensions, the rooms were not that big and should not have been counted as oversize. He didn't measure, just eyeballed it. He did not use any fans to dry either, and the dry time was much longer than expected.
Other than that, he was very professional and nice. I thought I would be much happier than I ended up because when they were still wet they looked good. Surprised how much it changed after drying for 24 hours. Every spot that was there prior to cleaning was back within 24 hours. Even on the new carpet that was less than year old.
The Zerorez employee that visited our home was very helpful at making sure we got the right service for what we needed.

If I get the right technician, Matt, he listens to my requests and works diligently to accomplish his best job. Matt indeed did accomplish his best to make my carpet look it’s best. The cleaning left lines in the carpet which were not very good to look at for showings. I feel that maybe in the future, Zerorez should consider cleaning the main level carpet in both directions to leave it looking its best for potential buyers
