Fast service, good quality, easy to schedule

Tech was professional and thorough.

I have used the service in the past. It seemed a lit rushed... 5 rooms and a hall in an hour. The carpet showed seas where the wand did not clean.. it can be explained as “stripes”. The house did have the zesty smell, but since I have pets, it did smell like a wet dog afterwards. I have been pleased in the past, but several spots were missed especially in the living room.. some are now covered by the furniture... we have an appraisal this coming week, so I do not have time to move things again before that date.
The technician was polite and friendly. But the technicians in the past seemed to pay more attention to the problem areas. I will still recommend zero Rez in the future. But for 250.00, I would expect a cleaner result, with less of a smell of pets.

The carpet wasn’t crunchy after cleaning. Special attention was given to areas that needed a spot treatment.

They were nice and quick and did a good job, Got rid of of stains that I couldn't get rid of my self. It was great! Will use again.

Your service techs are knowledgeable and do a fantastic job of cleaning my floors. The 15 year old carpets do not look their age, thanks to Matt’ work- and the two times I’ve had my kitchen floor ceramic tiles cleaned, they came out looking brand new!

The spot remover is a fsntastic product as well. I wouldn’t be without it. We’re trying your offsite area rug cleaning for the first time and are anxious to see the results. Thanks for your superb cleaning service!

We were not able to be home during the appointment. The carpets looked great after being cleaned, and we are happy. After the appointment, it would be helpful to hear from the technician about the two problem spots we mentioned beforehand.

My carpet looked absolutely disgusting after my puppy got seriously sick all over the house. After they left, it looked brand new again. I don’t even know how they got all the spots out!!!!

They will be coming back to do our upstairs soon! I cannot day enough good things about them and their work!
