They arrived on time. Did the job, explained that the stain would not all come out. It's old carpet I was not expecting miracles. Carpet looked good and fluffy and dried in five hours.
The carpets are so clean and fresh. And it is easy to see that there is no residue left in them.
Great results, and was especially impressed with how well stains were removed. There were no bad odors, either, which made me feel comfortable having my daughter and pets home while the carpets were cleaned. Very pleased. Clifton was also great and very helpful!
Carpet looks good except by a chair that was not moved, technician didn't waste time in completing the job and overall it's not a bad job.

Explain up front that the pet stains would still be there with the light after pet treatment. I was expecting to be stain free when purchasing the special treatment. I would also give a 10 to any company willing to move some furniture so all or majority of carpet is touched.
