You could give your customers notice if your technician is going to be late and then follow with a phone call at least 15 mins prior to arrival. This didn’t happen. He just showed up late.
Also, I had on my calendar a 1-3 pm appointment window but when I called after 3 to locate my technician was told I was scheduled between 2-4. If your reminder notice had included the time, not just date, of the appointment we would have been on the same page.
As for the cleaning, it was very good.

Carpets are soft after cleaning...not crunchy

Erik was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the 30 minute text before arriving. He answered all my questions and even left information for possible additional services in the future.

My wife gave birth in our mini van, and it was bloody from the birthing event. Your company came to the hospital, and cleaned my entire Van and it removed all the blood. Highly impressed and dumb founded on how clean it actually got.

I love how great the carpets look and that it is safe and free of chemicals. I have always had efficient and friendly service.

My husband rented a rugdoctor and cleaned the carpets the weekend before Zerorez came. Zerorez came on Thursday night and Friday morning the stairs looked awful. We contacted Zerorez on Friday about this and they had a representative come out that day to fix the issue. We raced out of the house due to house showings. After the weekend of showings, we noticed that all the stains have resurfaced even ones that we have never seen before. I feel that the rugdoctor did better then Zerorez, which is disheartening. We plan on contacting Zerorez again to see if they will fix the issue!

Carpet and tile cleaning was fine. I inquired about cleaning a white wool rug and was told that the cleaning methods was safe and that all rugs were inspected and if they saw a problem would let me know . I talked to two different people about this mentioning I had never had it cleaned and was assured the methods were safe. Then before they took it I had to sign a wavier. The rug came back dingy yellow and the strands on the rug that were straight were puffy for lack of a better word, ruined. I would have expected a professional rug cleaning company to warn me if they thought they couldn't use your method on this rug, not sign a wavier protecting you and saying to myself ,tough luck sorry it didn't work out. I have had professional rug cleaning companies clean other rugs with no problem and didn't sign anything. The technician was very nice and did a good job with the carpet. Name removed

Flexible on areas, easy to do business with online, on time as scheduled

we were disappointed that our carpets did not come out to be cleaner in the areas of high traffic (hallways, etc.). We liked Thomas as he was courteous and did his best.

Carpet cleaning is great. Not overly please with hardwood and tile cleaning.

Carpets looked better than expected and weren't 'crunchy' when Erik was finished. He also was very informative about what he was doing and made some recommendations.
