Friendly but professional service.

I didn't go in the room when it was wet so I couldn't get a good look until the next morning. The traffic areas didn't get clean and there were 3 or 4 very small and minor stains that weren't removed. My daughter who wanted to use your service noticed this immediately and was very disappointed. When I shampoo the carpet myself I get it clean but it was more work than I wanted to do at this time. This was in my living room where the carpet is fairly new. Thank for the opportunity to give feedback. If you want to treat the small stains and redo the traffic area I'd be happy for that. Thank you!

Tevin was the gentleman who did the carpet cleaning service. He was very honest and upfront. He was not pushy with add on services. He did a great job and was very professional.

It was so easy to schedule! They did a great job of explaining of everything and to clean 6 rooms in the house only took 6 hours. I loved that the black light was used before and after to show stains and the improvement.
