The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m not sure if it’s the nature of our carpet or if I had unrealistic expectations, but I don’t feel like our carpet looks clean.

I just had my sofa cleaned by Zerorez of Indianapolis. Very happy with the results. It was a snowy Saturday morning but everything was on schedule even though the tech had to shovel his way to the door (not too far). The technician was upfront and set expectations before starting. Did a walk through after work had been performed to make sure I was satisfied. Will be using Zerorez going forward in the future. Technicians name was Chris. I didn't get his last name but he did a very good job!

Good experience all around. Prompt return calls and notifications throughout the whole process. Staff on phone and technician professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
