I was most impressed from my first inquiry about your company to the end result of having
a couch that looked close to new... My first exposure was Jenifer who was very pleasant and
answered all my questions with a smile in her voice. The representative called with an estimated
arrival time and was punctual. Once viewing my couch and looking at the fiber content there
was polite hesitation and we discussed possible outcomes. I gave him permission to go full
speed ahead and he meticulously moved forward while still using great care with the fabric.
The couch is now looking beautiful and feels very aristocratic with its new clean look. Thank
you and I will definitely recommend Zerorez any time possible !!

Technician was very professional and detailed. Carpets looked great when finished.

I was told over the phone when I booked the appointment that there would be no problem to get the odor completely removed from my sectional. I was debating whether to get a new couch or have it cleaned. After being told this, I had no issue paying the $250 couch cleaning which is almost half the value of my couch, because the person I talked to was completely confident and assured me that it would be taken care of. After the first couch cleaning the couch still smelled after drying. The bottom of the coushions hadn’t been done, or smelled as if they hadn’t. When the second person came to clean he told us there was no way to get the smell completely out of the couch. I was disappointed, seeing as how I had just wasted $250. I spoke with the office and was told that a manager would be in contact with me the following Monday. I never heard from anyone. I am very unhappy with my service and would like a full refund, or for the couch to be recleaned until what I was told comes to fruition. I will be in contact with the office on Monday.

It's not just the product, it's the customer service. I've used Zerorez for several years, the only company I will use. Honestly, I've never been disappointed

I would ask customers if there are problem spots due to pets or other problems so that the cleaner will know which spots to spend more time on...etc. Most customers have in mind certain problem spots that strangers could care less about; however, it would mean the world to a customer if a particular spot became white as snow. This would make me want to tell all my friends.

We like that there is no smell and not very wet when finished. Chris always calls ahead and is on time ! Chris makes it so easy to get the carpets and furniture clean! Thank you, Chris!

The representative arrived during the allotted time and was very courteous. He listened attentatively as I pointed out the stains and heavy traffic areas of the carpet. He said "I may not be able to get your carpet to look as it did when it was new, but those stuborn areas will be much lighter than it is now." I had to leave for work and left him to do his job. I returned home to an exceptionally clean carpet and a great smelling house. I highly recommend Zeroez, and will use them again next time.

I appreciate the fact that you came back to redo the carpets when I expressed dissatisfaction. Most companies would not bother with that kind of integrity. The second pass was more successful, though I think that perhaps your system of water only may not be effective on carpets as badly worn as mine. Nevertheless, I would be happy to recommend you to others.
