The technician (Adronis) was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly about the process and answered any questions we had. No odors to deal with and he was finished in a timely manner. Well worth the price!!

The stains on our carpet did not come up at all. I’m not sure the guy who cleaned really knew what he was doing and tried very hard to get them up. We bought a bissel portable clearer and worked in them today, 3 weeks later, and were able to get the stains much cleaner. Feeling like we didn’t need to hire professional carpet cleaning if we could have done better ourselves.

The technician was prompt, courteous and explained all my options. He walked me through the process he was intending to use. My favorite was that he was able to almost eradicate a coffee stain! I was over the moon.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the technician, Zack, who came to clean my carpets. Not only did he check the carpeting before hand to note the traffic patterns and specific strains, but also tested different carpet fibers to make certain there would not be bleeding during the cleaning process. I had also contracted for the upholstery of a small easy chair to be cleaned, which had been previously addressed by another carpet cleaning/upholstery cleaning service, and was almost ruined. He spent time with the chair, getting it clean and fresh looking, beyond my expectations. I have already recommended your company to a family member, and have told them to ask for Zack. He was terrific.
