The Tech was own time, polite and spent time explaining what he would do. He completed the job as requested. I was hesitant to clean our carpets for fear of residue of chemicals that would be left behind. So releaved to have found a company like Zerorez. I love my clean rugs! They get 10 stars from me.
Prompt and efficient service. The most recent time was for tile/grout cleaning. The floor looks much better after being cleaned. Erik did a great job on it!

Don’t use a lot of chemicals, dry time is fast
Your technician didn't move one thing. I moved everything I could but the heavier
furniture I couldn't move. I have never had anyone clean my carpets that didn't
move chairs and my couch, artificial plants, etc. So I am very disappointed! I
don't feel he did as good a job as other times I have used your company.

My carpets didn’t come out as clean as expected for the price but they looked pretty good. I may change my rating depending on how long they stay “clean”. Also the driver backed over a large rock at the end of my drive resulting in considerable damage to my lawn. He was not courteous enough to inform me of the incident.
Patrick was timely, courteous, and very thorough. My carpets and furniture are ready for the holidays. This is my second time using Zerorez and I will definitely will use them again.

A couple stains still remain
I was told we would get our receipt via email. Thus far have not received it. Otherwise we are pleased. However, rugs do take longer than 4 - 8 hours to dry completely.
Chris was on time, pleasant and efficient. My carpet looks great! No residue or "crunch!" I've used Zerorez for the last 3 years and couldn't be happier!!

Just disappointed that the young man helped very little to help move furniture. That may be your business model, it just doesn’t fit my needs.

I am very pleased with my recent carpet cleaning. The spots were removed and I appreciated the spot remover he left. The man that came was very efficient and courteous. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Totally dissatisfied with result. Understood ink may not come out of carpet; however, technician although very courteous was here less than an hour to treat stairs and 2 rooms.
Fee on phone did not include water disposal (?) overall not a value for service at all.
No intention to try this again.
