I thought the carpet should be replaced, but Zerorez made it look nice again in just two hours.

Did a great job examined areas to be cleaned with me them explained process and answered all question. Carpets look great ! Technician was the best!

Very expensive upholstery cleaning. Took a very long tme for carpet & furniture to dry. Disappointed that Zerorez policy is that furnture is not moved to clean underneath it. Service tech was on time, professional and courteous.

They did a good job. Throughly explained the process. Carpets look good.

The tech was friendly and courteous. The cleaning turned out just ok. I was excepting a little better results in the cleaning. Some of the rooms look great and the others really look like the did not get clean real well. You could not tell how well the cleaning was because the carpets were a little wet when he left or I would have him go back over again. I really don't know if I would spend another $279 on the services again. Just a little disappointed.

The technician (Mitch) was very careful and thorough, and everything looked good when he was finished.

Aaron, our service technician, was professional, polite, friendly, and answered all our questions. He did a tremendous job on our carpets and even took pictures to show us how the carpets looked before he cleaned and then halfway through the room's cleaning was finished. What an outstanding difference!

We had some spots that we figured would never come out, but he got them out! He was efficient and organized and completed the job in a timely manner.

We loved the fact that there wasn't a smell left in the condo after he completed the cleaning and there was no soap or cleaner residue. We will definitely recommend Zero Rez to our friends and will use your services next time we need carpet cleaning done too!
