very prompt and great product! We have dogs, had a little problem, and now is all gone. Fresh and clean. Best of all I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals around children and pets.

Erik did a great job, very thorough and and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time he took explaining the current status of the carpet and making recommendations for the future care of it.
My carpet was in sad shape...stains, worn, just overall in need of replacing. Since we couldn't afford to have the carpet replaced, we opted to just have them cleaned. We had some areas with pet stain issues and I was leery of spending the extra money for the deep cleaning. But I decided to give it a shot.
The tech made a point to show me how the process worked while he was cleaning a particularly bad area. It was quite impressive but the big WOW came after Zerorez finished cleaning the carpets, I was in shock! The carpets looked like new again! Stains were gone, I could once again see footprints where we had walked because the fibers were "fluffed" back up. It was so incredible that I wish I had taken some 'before' pictures to show people the difference. Thank you Zerorez for making my carpets like new again!

I like that you do not use chemicals or soap. The carpets get very clean and the dry time is quicker than other services. I like being able to use your company as an alternative to traditional carpet cleaning. Your service people are also quite good at their jobs and are quite helpful.

They were very nice and efficient. I just bought my home, and it still has the original carpet for 15 years ago. But after zerorez was finished, it was a night and day difference.

Carpets were cleaned adequately, at best. My previous carpet service did a much more thorough job and even 'raked' the carpet to add a fresh touch. I heard about your company on the 'Chicks on the Right' program, and thought I'd give you a try.
The carpet I requested to be cleaned is still not clean and the spots are now hard and crunchie. Not happy with the results. The carpet will have to be replaced now. I would be happy to give you another chance to clean the carpets if it wouldn’t turn out as it has.
This is worse than before your atttempt.
