Very customer oriented!! Love the professionals
zero-Rez has been here three times. Each time, the spots have gotten worse instead of better. We are very disappointed in the results. We have arranged to have a professional spot removal company come out.

Clean carpets and excellent customer service!! Tevin and his trainee Brandon are awesome!! Great young men working hard and providing excellent customer service!!! They should be examples to all young adults looking to start their careers and lives!! Hard work pays off and these two dudes are proving it! My only wish is that the media would pick up stories like this to show the rest of the city that there are young men (and women!!!!) doing great work!!!
My experience with zerorez had been nothing but fantastic!! They my the old carpets in my house look and smell great and I have 3 dogs!!!

I love that the carpet is not very wet and dries in 4-6 hours.. my technician was very nice and thorough in explaining the process..the carpets look great!. I will definitely use this company again!
It takes increase work to move everything that is considered fragile. I am always afraid the tables or chairs will not be moved.

No smell as the carpets were drying. Just had another company come in a couple weeks ago and the carpet looked dirty within days of the application. So far, so good with Zerorez!

The technician was prompt, did a nice job cleaning the floors, was able to get a stain out that I couldn't and was very friendly and knowledgable.

The technician was very kind and personable. He mentioned, after initial vacuum, there wasn’t much dirt in the carpet. I had a few difficult spots from soda drinks I pointed out to him. There are no pets, no shoes worn in home and smoke free home. He addressed spots, but later we could see them. One spot we got out ourselves by using a product called “Spot Shot.” Overall, the carpet doesn’t look that clean, especially steps. Carpet is 5 yrs old, with stainmaster padding. Plush nylon, solid color beige. I’m afraid I cannot recommend this company.
