The reasons I continue to hire Zerorez for carpet cleaning is they make the scheduled window for arrival, the service person is always cordial and thorough in their work, and the means by which the cleaning is done is by far more complete and satisfactory than any other method I've tried.

Your Tecnician John treated my home like it was his. He worked hard, was professional. I've tried a bunch of carpet cleaning companies & they promised not near what your Co does/did! Zero respect stood by all promises! The equipment was clean, quieter than others and protections were put in place to protect my walls, paint & property! I'll be calling again! Requested Eric and as usual he called ahead, arrived on time, very professional yet friendly w us. Carpets and upholstery look great.
Everything went great. Thomas is professional and friendly and knows what he's doing and talking about. He went over the carpet for urine stains from the pets and got them all up. The areas where there was heavy traffic he spent more time on. We are very pleased and will recommend you to our friends and call you when we need it again!!!! THANKS

Friendly and thorough !

Everytime I have Zerorez come out the staff is very nice and personable. They all do their job very efficiently and doesn't take alot of time. The cleaning solution really takes away some old dirt stains. There is one thing I think should be changed. When you send confirmation of customers appointment you should give them a special notice about tips for the service tech guy. It kind of comes up on the tablet right in front of the service tech. That is an awkward moment for the tech and the customer.
