Friendly staff that is well knowledgeable about product and process. Attention to tough spots.
My expectations were high, couldn't get some areas very clean. On the lightly soiled areas, they came out very clean.

Zerorez is always on time and stays in the window of time promised. I was worried about a pet smell from previous owners, and he was able to talk me through best options and his recommendation. The pet odor is gone, and my basement smells like a new home.
We have a 4 year old couch that had stain protector on it-after it was cleaned I felt like the couch was cleaner however I didn’t feel that the cleaning penetrated any deeper then the top layer-we had a couple of light stains but they are still there. We also had 4 dining table chairs cleaned but none of the stains are gone. Also after the man who cleaned the furniture left I went in to look at the sofa and there was dried water stains on the floor which I found surprising. I just didn’t feel that the cleaning penetrated deep enough.
Your prices are very expense
This was the second experience we’ve had with Zerorez, and it won’t be the last. Thanks Zerorez.

Our original appointment was 8-10am. Got a phone call the evening before that a truck was down, after haggling the time a bit (original time was too late in the evening for us) we were able to get a 11-1pm slot for 3 rooms. 1 pm came, then 1:15 and then 1:30 and still no one at our house. Called and found out the previous stop before ours went over on time and the tech was double booked. We said okay, well at this point it was just going to have to be 1 room instead of 3. We then had to haggle the price because 1 room for $132 was outrageous. When the tech finally showed up at our house at almost 3, he was quick and courteous. We really liked him! Very nice gentleman, very professional and did a great job. If it was not for our tech’s outstanding service (Michael C). If it weren’t for him, you were going to get a 1 star review. If we could review on just Michael, it’s be a 10/10 for sure. Due to the way management handled the situation of a truck being down, double booking techs, having to haggle time & price, a 10 star review is not achievable.
Clean, refreshing, and our guy really worked hard to get several areas of carpet as clean as possible.
