It did a great job, and I love the citrus aroma it leaves in the house.

Tech was friendly and respectful which is good. Service seemed high priced for what we got. We spent $450 for a few rooms, one which our cat urinated in it. We had treated the spot with an enzmy when it happened. The tech explained the service well, told us it would take out the treatment and any residual smells. It took a few days to dry, once it dried the carpet was crusty and the smell has not gone away. It may have enhanced it actually.
The other rooms are good from the treatment.
For the extra cost of the treatment I would have thought it wouldn't have crusty carpet or the smells.
Over all a good job-however some of the stains are shadowing back....Maybe a redo in August when I get back from vacation.
Carpet did not stay damp long and smelled clean. the worker was thorough and good at doing his job

I really need to speak with someone about your tech dropping fluids on our freshly redone new hardwood floors and causing the stain/clear coat to be removed. Our hardwood floors had only been done one week so they were not able to have water on them for long periods of time. We really need to talk with someone at your facility to see if you guys can fix this or if we need to speak about you paying for our past hardwood flooring company to repair the issue the tech created. Our carpet is amazing after the cleaning but our hardwood is now in an extremely horrible shape for only being fixed one week and two days ago. Please have someone call me and the tech that did my floors because he knows about this issue and mentioned putting something in notes about it. He said that you guys have people who might be able to help with this issue so I wanted to reach out to you first before going any other route....... Please reach out to me later today or sometime tomorrow after 11:30 So I can get this fixed. We just spent $3500.00 on sanding and refinishing our floors. Phone number removed.
