1. Long line of dead grass in the front yard where the water hose went from the truck to the front door
2. Pressure from technicians to buy more services at the start of the appt
3. A yard square section of the upstairs bedroom carpet still looks dirty and has strange marks from the machine
4. Equipment left from the service call... I left it on the front porch for pick up
I love that there is no residue but It has been a week and my carpet is still wet and the good smell left almost immediately and an overbearing smell of pet urine is horrible. I had to buy a dehumidifier to get the water out of my carpet and I empty it twice a day since Sunday. I am hoping that when it actually dries the horrid smell dies down.
John did a great job and was very informative.
The cleaner was friendly but did not introduce himself, even though I introduced myself to him. He did a fine job, after which I said I would pay the extra money to have protectant added. He said okay.
I had a yard man working on the property and I stepped outside to communicate with him. When I came back inside the Zerorez man was gone. I do not know whether he added the protectant or not but either way he did not check out with me or say goodbye. He simply disappeared.

The carpet cleaning was great and the gentleman doing the work answered questions and listened to concerns.

The gentleman who came to pick up my rugs was very personable and explained everything to me. How the carepets will be cleaned and when to expect the back. My sister uses your company and has been very happy.
Super efficient and really feel like my carpet is super clean! Every technician we have had has been very kind, professional and honest about what kind of treatments we really need for our pet problems! Never feel pressured or like they're trying to oversell! Love this company and will definitely use them again and again and again!! :)
The employees are all very polite and conscientious. They explain thoroughly what they can and cannot accomplish. For example: With the pet stain treatment, they cannot guarantee that the stain will not reappear. For a deeper cleaning in which the area is saturated with the water, the pad will come clean and there will be a better result.
We know the amount of the service before the work is performed, and it doesn't change afterward.
We have seen the deep cleaning we receive with the hair and debris stuck in the carpet fibers that come out. It is amazing. The house smells better after the cleaning. Just a clean scent, not a manufactured scent.
Once, we had the tile cleaned, and the service person didn't think the grout would come clean. It did! It was so much brighter and cleaner than I could get the floor to be with mopping and scrubbing.
We don't have any interest in using anyone else for our carpet cleaning needs.
The technician that came out was wonderful. John P. did a fantastic job. I had tried to cancel my appointment the night before and was disappointed when I was told it would cost $50 to reschedule. I was a bit upset about this, but John changed my opinion of Zeroez. He was very polite, accommodating, and super efficient. He did a great job

I like that no chemicals are used, and the drying time is so short. My carpet looks great!
Carpet does not appear to have any residue. A few quarter size spots remain after being first pointed out. But last year those spots did not come out for a competitor either. Work completed pretty quickly by a one person worker.

I choose Zerorez because they make our carpets & rugs look fantastic, without using soaps which can attract future dirt. I continue to choose Zerorez because their staff are courteous and professional.

Very professional and courteous. Called before arriving which was a huge help for me at the time! I have two large dogs, a cat, and a 6 year old grandson but Zerorez was able to bring my 6 year old carpet back to life and looking almost brand new again! Very reasonably priced and even had same day appointments! I am very pleased with Zerorez and would recommend them to anyone needing to extend the life of their carpet!
Bill did an excellent job. All hoses were clean and our house was protected from the hoses scratching a wall corner or furniture. Very pleased with the job!
