Brandon Majors was our technician. He was prompt and got right to work. He did a great job and answered all of my questions. The tile floor and grout look like new. We were well satisfied.

Disappointed that there are still stains in the carpet

The employee was amazing. He worked extremely hard. We were so impressed with the results. We had a 3 room clean and pet stain remover in one room. Our house looks and smells better than it has in years.
The next day the carpet had what appears to be blotches of darker carpet and blotches of lighter carpet.

Effectiveness without soap
There are just a couple of things. Maybe a visit back in a few days to be sure it accomplisted what it need to do;
The other thing was to be careful b/c the.re must be something in your cleaning solution that kills grass. there was a patch right where he was parked and one closer to the house. But seemed to come back ok....I think.
The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very polite, efficient, and great explaining everything.
He was very nice and edficient. I couldn't believe the lengths he went to to get the stains out ofl my carpet.
did more than I expected regarding moving of furniture
Our tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful! Did a fantastic job on our carpets and especially the tile and grout cleaning. My husband was amazed at how good it all looked and he’s very critical.
