I'm holding my comments until I see how the 3 spot treatments that I had to add to my invoice hold up. Those areas were treated at $75 each and I was NOT expecting this extra fee. Also, the carpets are still very wet (after 2 days)...

The serviceman was very prompt and very courteous. He explained how he was going to accomplish the cleaning. I was very impressed with his efforts. I am just disappointed at the fact that the extreme urine spots did not come clean like I hoped. That was quite a bit of money I paid extra for the extra cleaning. I do like ZeroRex overall though.

I was told the technician would be at our house 8 to 8:30. when I called at 10 she said I was scheduled sometime between 3-5. I would never have agreed to the 3-5 time slot rather making it another day. Disappointed for not being told the exact time. The technician did a great job.

Carpet is only 18 months old and at high end yet the few spoiled areas look same as before.
Was told it’s wear. These areas are of higher usage/traffic but still thought after cleaning would look better. I plan to consult with the business from where I purchased the carpet. Depending on their response I may change my rating.
There were several small wood nicks, worst being the banister post which the service man deducted the cost of cleaning the stairs but was still something I had to repair.
Technician did a great job and was very pleasant. He did a great job. The few troubled spots are now clean. Carpet is soft not crunchy. I would use them again.

I have used the same service for years to clean my carpet but decided to try Zerorez as they are advertised continuously on most local radio stations. The gentleman who performed the service was very nice, however, he broke the switch on my lamp so I have to buy a new one. I went to four different stores this past weekend and am still looking for a replacement lamp - and they are not cheap. Also, there are at least 4 obvious spots that he did not even touch. How do I know he did not touch them you may ask? They were not damp to the touch at all just a few hours after he left and they are spots I can get up with my portable hand cleaner, which I should not have to do. I also believe it should take longer than 45 minutes to clean 3 rooms of carpet and a recliner thoroughly. I was told by the lady on the phone it would take a few hours and my previous service took longer than 45 minutes. So disappointed in this company.

when i scheduled my cleaning it was scheduled for saturday at 8-8:30- day before it was changed to a window of 2-4- did not receive a call by 3:45 so i called to see if someobe was still comibg out- was told my scheduled time frame was 3-6 - i was never notiified of the time change - have never had my carpets professionally cleaned have always dobe it myaelf- so hqving to wait all day and then having the technician show up around 5:00 just didnot make this a firat good impression
Conscientious worker, thorough and my carpet looks better than any other carpet service that I have used.
I do have one complaint if you want to call me sometime.

I would definitely recommend this company and it’s services. I have older carpet, and was very happy how clean my carpet looks now. Especially like my technician Noah. Very informative in explaining how the cleaning process worked.
