My carpet seems lighter & clean. I like the idea of no detergent residue left.

Dan was our carpet cleaner and he is just FANTASTIC!! He had a long day before even getting to us, and really took his time and did a great job. He should win an award!!
My only issue is with the 'front desk' - and this is really just a 'training' issue.. I realize there are windows of time to expect a person to arrive, and sometimes that gets delayed due to unforseen requirements from a previous customer, but when our 2 hr 'time slot' passed, we were told several times "20 minutes" when that wasn't true at all. We ended up calling 3 times before getting an honest answer.

The job was done quickly, the rep was very polite and when I vacuumed the next day there was very little residue or dirt left.

My only complaint is that my stair steps were so wet that the took 2-1/2 days to dry out. The main carpet took about 10 hours.

I do have an issue and that is the operator was very late getting to me (I had also been moved from my assigned time). When he finally arrived, he apologized and explained that the customer ahead of me added on more rooms. I realize he could not refuse her request (even though it was rude and uncalled for). I fully intend to use you again BUT, when I call and am issued an appointment time, I WILL NOT agree to have my time changed and if someone ahead of me adds on rooms, I am done

Zerorez saved us from having to replace our carpet after a foul pet accident. We tried everything to get rid of the odor to no avail. Zerorez came in and saved the day! Thank you Zerorez!!

No chemical smell and my carpet looks pretty darn good.
