you can clean in both directions as in 90 degree pattern across first direction on reduce nap overlaps. First name removed
We like the 3 step process. It makes sense and seemed to do a better job then the standard carpet shampoo type cleaning. We are on the second day and no stains are peeking through like when we used other providers.
We also genuinely like the technician, Dan. He was quiet mannered, polite, professional and educated in his product.

I asked technician to go back over a stain one more time and he said it wasn’t worth it. Asked his to do the bottom place of the stairs that were being cleaned and I felt it and it wasn’t even damp. So he just ran the machine over it to make me think he did it. Carpets don’t feel as clean as last time .
The carpets looked so much better-which is hard to do with white carpet!!
