We originally scheduled for 5 rooms (3 bedrooms, an office, and the stairs), but they didn't even clean the office and just left without saying anything. The rooms that they did clean were done well, but was disappointing to not have all of the rooms cleaned that we scheduled for.

No harsh chemicals is a good beginning point for me to choose Zerorez. My technician was very informative in discussing how the treatment works, the condition of my carpet, and how to maintain it so it lasts for years. I like seeing the dirty water so I know it’s working. It dried quickly.

I felt for the amount of money I paid to have my area rug cleaned, it should have been more thorough. The gentleman was great but it took him less than 20 mins. The price should have been much lower for it. I could have gotten 3 rooms cleaned for under $100 which makes no sense to me.
