I love that Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals that can trap dirt and allergens or cause irritation. Everyone from Customer Care to the Technician were very personable and knowledgeable. I was walked through the entire process. I also love how quick Customer Care contacted me and had us scheduled for an appointment the same week. I highly recommend Zerorez.
I appreciate the straight up honest opinion about my carpet. They tell me how it is and what to expect. They told me there were a few more things they could do to help eradicate the pet stains but...they were honest told me it would cost a lot and they wouldn't know where to begin. They did a great job and I will just budget to have this done again in 4 months!!!

Customer service went above and beyond. One of the owners of the company personally called me and listened to a small problem with a cleaning. He made sure a tech came out to my house the next morning and took care of the problem. I can see why Zerorez was named by the Indianapolis Star as the top company to have your carpet cleaned!

You tried 2 times, two different technicians, without an explanation that I can believe. I really think your process is good for a not to dirty carpet but one that need some extra effort it fails greatly.
