I enjoy the courtesy of the technician and the fact that the carpets are not saturated.
We were very disappointed. After the carpet dried we started noticing all the area of the stains that we said we wanted him to focus on were all still there. They were slightly lighter but still there. So I got on my hands and knees with my stain remover and worked and did a better job myself. I don't need you to come back or a follow-up. We've decided to remove the carpet and get wood flooring.
I think the tech needs to go over the carpet more than once or twice with the cleaner to suck up the water, my steps were wet for 3 days
I like the ability to schedule online and the follow-up from the company to confirm the appt or let you know if the technician is running ahead of schedule.
The technician was very professional, polite and knowlable. Our carpets look great! He did a fantastic job.

It was nice knowing that there were no chemicals being put on my floors, I did love the orange smell was hoping it would linger a little longer lol. Thomas was very professional & I liked how the floor dried pretty quickly.

Our ZeroRez technician, Tom, was very professional. He arrived as scheduled, asked questions when reviewing rooms, made suggestions to improve our cleaning. We appreciate his work, and will schedule with ZeroRez again when it's time to clean carpets.

The main reason I picked Zerorez was the website and ads saying you don't use chemicals or detergent, but you do! The guy sprayed some sort of chemical on the carpet that left a citrusy smell that gave me a headache. There is an almost sticky film on the carpet. I am very unhappy. I probably will not use Zerorez again. The only reason I rated you this highly was the service guy was great. He did a really good job.

There are a couple of spots that weren't removed and they weren't bad stains.

The "hidden costs" are a little annoying. When I made the reservation online it was around $325. Once the tech was here and evaluated and added in the pet area charges it almost doubled.
Brandon did and excellent job, fast and efficient.
