My house smells absolutely wonderful, my Uphostery is bright and shining again, my carpet looks fabulous – no more stains - and Thomas (with the tattoos) is such a nice man. I have to admit that when my scheduled service had to be moved to the next day at the last minute due to some situation on your end, I was a little put out. However, Tyler arrived the next morning promptly, was very professional, efficient and pleasant and I was pleased with the way the carpets looked and the fairly quick manner in which they dried.
