I have had my carpets cleaned by zerorez more than a few times and I have always been extremely satisfied until this last time. When I got home I could barely tell that my carpets had been cleaned. I couldn't smell the usual clean scent (I think it almost smells like oranges) if I remember correctly. I could not feel the freshness in my carpet. My stairs and hallway which have off white carpet just did not appear to again have the "pop" or "fullness" in the carpet that I have gotten in the past from zerorez. In the past I can almost feel a crunch to the carpet or at least it feels fuller once cleaned but not this time.
I feel you are a little over priced on your furniture cleaning prices.

Best part of the service was your technician, JOHN PARRY! He did a great and thorough job of cleaning our carpet. He explained everything that he was doing and took very good care of our belongings.
Before leaving, he made certain that our furnishing were in the correct place and that the carpet was as dry as possible. He gave great directions on how to proceed for the rest of the day until the carpet was dry.
My wife, who was in the bedroom with our dog, did not see the carpet until he had left. Her comment, after looking at the rooms that had been cleaned was.."It looks like new!!" The carpet is several years old and we have a pet with a problem that causes her to regurgitate her food frequently. No spots or stains remained. The carpet was left with a very fresh odor too!

I was throughly impressed with the entire service. From the beginning on the phone and by the technician calling before arrival. But, especially the quality of work done in a very timely and efficient manner.
very professional and courteous. technician answered all of my questions and did a great job. the company used quality equipment, including wall/corner protectors for their hoses and clean sprayers and hoses.
I think the prices are rather expensive. I only had a room and a hallway and felt like I paid an awful lot for that. Also, there are a few spots that are worn that came out not looking as good as I was hoping.
Our technician was awesome and he did such a great job on our carpets. He was so good we will request him next cleaning. Great job all around!!
Brought back color into a 45+ year old carpet. Don’t know how they did it. Got all fringe light and bright again. Not my experience with carpet cleaners in the past. Delivery men are professional, kind and helpful.

The technician was friendly, covered his shoes and protected the walls from the hoses. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and used several fans to decrease drying time.

Good communication from the person coming to my house. The difference between before the cleaning and after the cleaning was unbelievable. Wow! Carpets dried quickly. The process was complete in a very short time. Excellent service and product
The service was great and timely and thorough. The representative who cleaned was friendly and professional and perfect.. But, it is ultimately quite expensive, especially compared with other providers in the area, even for clean carpet cleaning. It’s easily twice the cost. That’s the only reason for an 8 instead of a 10.
Cleaned well, a little pricey at 408 for my dog areas and more thorough at 1000 was ridiculous but satisfied with cleaning. I have to go to another company for large area rug and runners, hate to do that so might have to stay with heaven’s best for everything since I do not like to have to do two appointments on rugs.
Our technicians have always been efficient and professional.
I like that the product does not leave a residue.
