Arrive on time, courteous service tech, clean, mostly dry carpet!
The technician was on time and very polite and professional. The carpet looks great!
The tech requested I look to see if he did a good job. I told him if he thinks he did I'm sure it was fine. When he left later I noticed some kind of wet dirt ground or imbedded in carpet. So I will shoulder the blame although it left me scratching my head as to how my eye sight is better than his. No big deal, not upset at him. Courteous and friendly young man. Just not sure I believe in the value you push anymore. Last time there was some sort of problem also although again it was minor.
I believe the billing was incorrect and the phone person said we were to get some sort of treatment n/c that protects the carpet. First time you did this it was almost dry. It was very wet till morning next day. The more I rethink it the more disappointed we are.
It cleans very well and the tech was phenomenal
This was my first time to use Zerorez and I was very pleased! The gentleman was very polite; he explained what he was doing and why! It cost a little more but it was more than worth it!

Technicians are prompt; communicate very well; don't over-sale or push client to buy more with pressure. Explain everything they did very clearly and well. Technicians are clean and have good appearance as well.
My berber carpet was original to the home that we purchased with a life of 14 years old. Most of the stains came out but wishful thinking on my part that i was expecting all of the stains to come out which did not happen.
My carpets are older so I'm thinking due to their age, they might not be able to be cleaned any better as there are areas that appear darker than the other parts of the carpet. They certainly smell fresher and that is a plus. They were quick to dry. The technician seemed to do a thorough job and was pleasant. The service is pretty pricey so it would be helpful if that was less expensive.
The technician was on time, friendly, and got right to work. He did a good job even telling us there were a couple of spots that might not look as good as the rest of the carpet due to being a traffic pattern and somewhat worn.
The carpets were cleaned quickly and bad spots eliminated. I especially liked how quickly they dried.

I added the carpet fiber protection and I wish he would have explained that it makes it hard to vacuum the carpet. My sweeper does not move across the carpet. Also, my estimate was $128 and my bill ended up $177. I still have not received a receipt stating the charges. The guy said the company would email me a receipt.

We recently had our carpets cleaned and the guy who came out went through house to fast & the rug didn’t come out too clean! When John came out we were so happy! He did good job. Not happy w last cleaning!
The carpet usually looks great after you come clean it and really POPS but it isn’t this time and we can still see where just general traffic areas just didn’t seem to come clean.
